If your house is not safe for a parcel to be left it is the responsibility of the client to make Ash Hire aware so they can pay for the parcel to be sent to the post office. If a parcel is stolen or goes missing and compensation cannot be made by Aus Post the client will be liable to pay the $100 compensation. If local pickup is available that is advised to avoid disappointment.
